Physical Products

We accept returns on physical products that are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can assist you.

Custom, Made-to-Order & Sale Items

Please note that custom, made-to-order, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless they are faulty.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate and digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Digital downloads
  • Online content
  • Instant-access materials

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Workshops & Events

  • Workshop bookings can be refunded in full if cancellation is made prior to the workshop date
  • Once a workshop has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to:

  • Transfer your booking to another workshop date (if available), or
  • Gift your place to a friend

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Courses & Programs

Full refunds are available for course bookings before the course start date

  • Once a course has begun, refunds are not available
