Where are Casa Vulva pieces made?
All pieces are created in my studio in the Southern Highlands of Australia. From design and laser-cutting to painting and finishing, each step is done with care in small batches.
Are your pieces hand-painted?
Most pieces are painted by hand, making each one slightly unique. Variations in colour and finish are part of the process and reflect the nature of handmade work.
Some designs are made using metallic acrylic, which is not hand-painted but offers a different, luminous finish.
What materials do you use?
I work primarily with ply wood and acrylic, using non-toxic paints and finishes wherever possible.
Do you offer custom orders?
Occasionally. If you have a specific request, feel free to get in touch and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Orders are shipped within Australia and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 1–5 days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times:
– Australia: 2–10 business days
– New Zealand: 4–14 business days
– International: 6-27 business days
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been sent.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
Customs charges are not usually required, but this depends on your country’s regulations and may vary.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your piece, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (excluding custom pieces).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems to ensure your information is protected.
Do you offer workshops?
Yes — in-person workshops are held in selected locations. You can find upcoming sessions on the Workshops page.
Can I order for events or wholesale?
