Returns & Refunds Policy

At Casa Vulva™, we want you to feel empowered and excited about every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Physical Products

We offer a 100% refund (excluding shipping costs) on all physical products returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads or online content once delivered—so please choose carefully!

Courses

You may request a full refund on a course booking before the course begins.
Once a course has started, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Workshops

We do not offer refunds for in-person workshops. However, if you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your booking to a future workshop or gift it to a friend. Just let us know as soon as you can!
